ICM PROCEDURES FOR FOOD PICKUP

Clients will sign in at the door and be given a number.  They will then wait in their cars. Employees and volunteers will prepare boxes of food, bring them to the door, and call the client's number for pick-up.  ICM will be following this procedure until further notice.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Many are asking how they can help.  Although, we normally need volunteers, we are limiting the number of people in our building at this time. After this crisis is over, we will be able to use any volunteer hours you could spare.

What we could use is:

MONEY - ICM will turn your donation into food for our clients. We can purchase food for 19 cents a pound through Second Harvest Food Bank of NC, so every dollar you donate will put 5 pounds of food into distribution for your Iredell neighbors who are struggling with food insecurity.  All monetary donations are tax exempt.  Donations can be mailed to PO Box 86, Statesville, NC  28687 or using the donate button above.

FOOD - Any boxed, canned, bagged food or hygiene items can be delivered to our door. It will be greatly appreciated and distributed quickly.

PRAYER - We, at ICM, believe in the power of prayer.  Please pray for our pantry, staff, volunteers, and clients.  Please pray for our country and world leaders to recognize and appreciate the value of all individuals as children of God.  Please pray for each other.

We’re all in this together, and together we’ll become a stronger, more unified nation.

Stay safe and well out there!
